Do cars have drivers?[edit]

Sarcasm aside, the driver was not ejected from the vehicle, and his body did not kill Green. The car collided with a truck, then the car hit Green. AFAICT, this was not under deliberate control of a driver, as there is no indication of homicide. Nothing in any of the 4 cites made such a claim. My thought is the name of the driver and his occupation are irrelevant to this article.
