Regarding AfD discussion[edit]

Hello, GS. I'm genuinely wondering, why do you ask to be pinged for sources in here? WC gudang inspirasi (Read! Talk!) 09:46, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Because if sources are located it could have an impact on GNG and therefore my view on notability. GiantSnowman 09:47, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, please wait a moment. WC gudang inspirasi (Read! Talk!) 09:49, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, but what do you mean by routine? WC gudang inspirasi (Read! Talk!) 10:50, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
See WP:ROUTINE. GiantSnowman 10:53, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
"'Routine coverage' is not a disqualification for notability and may indeed be significant enough to surpass the general notability guideline." It was a national U-16 championship organised by the Indonesian Football Association. WC gudang inspirasi (Read! Talk!) 11:24, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop posting here - keep all comments at the AFD. Nothing you have presented or said is enough to convince me this article is notable. GiantSnowman 11:51, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My bad. Then please allow me to copy my "notability" comment to the AfD. WC gudang inspirasi (Read! Talk!) 12:08, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Keith Kennedy[edit]

Are you going to change back the edit you have removed due to your own ego? 213.249.184.79 (talk) 13:03, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No. I reverted you because you added unsourced content about a living person, something you have been warned about previously. GiantSnowman 13:05, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple other sources if you can be bothered to look or knew anything about football, which you clearly don't. 213.249.184.79 (talk) 13:01, 25 May 2024 (UTC) 213.249.184.79 (talk) 07:04, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Firstly, stop the rudeness. Secondly, you did not actually provide that source (or any other) when making the edit did you? GiantSnowman 07:58, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Make sure to change the edit back rather than lecturing me... 213.249.184.79 (talk) 10:07, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Here's a better source. I'll update the article given you clearly lack the ability to do so competently. GiantSnowman 16:28, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi[edit]

Please stop changing date formats contrary to MOS:RETAIN[edit]

Please stop changing date formats contrary to MOS:RETAIN. Examples include https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Emanuel_Lasker&diff=prev&oldid=1225718960 and https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wilhelm_Steinitz&diff=prev&oldid=1225718997. Quale (talk) 20:33, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

RETAIN does not apply when the initial date format is simply wrong. Lasker was German and they use DMY, so MDY is wring. Steinitz is less clear and I'm content to remain MDY for him. GiantSnowman 07:35, 27 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
