Ohio doesn't report recoveries, or at least hasn't so far. We do report hospitalizations. Could we change this template to that? --valereee (talk) 18:05, 24 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I think if you use a different color, it would be fine. However, most of the medical charts for COVID-19 are showing cases, deaths, and recoveries. You wouldn't want to confuse a reader coming from a different page with similar conventions. (talk)— Preceding unsigned comment added by Kallinan (talk • contribs)
Kallinan, if you end your posts with four tildes like this: ~~~~ the system will append your signature for you. Also, indent by one more colon than the person you're replying to on talk pages, to let other editors more easily follow the conversation. Welcome to wikipedia editing! :) Hm on the colors -- that's a point. And who knows, maybe Ohio will start reporting those eventually. We could also do a separate chart to show hospitalizations over time. --valereee (talk) 10:57, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Change 'active cases' to 'cumulative cases' for Ohio?[edit]
Ohio doesn't track active cases. It's all cumulative data. Can we change this? If not, we probably need to remove it from the article. --valereee (talk) 15:22, 26 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. Looks like every other Medical Cases chart for COVID-19 has the same issue. I couldn't find anything in the docs about how to switch "Active Cases" to anything else. I think it would need to be fixed in the Medical Cases Chart module. Kallinan (talk) 04:25, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
