Deletion Of This Article[edit]

I agree this article should be deleted. Not much information has been released about this game and so most of this information is speculation. There is mention of it in X (computer game series).Xenon_Slayer (talk) 13:37, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect, all of the information on the page is contained within the press release. ---Trekie9001 (talk) 21:24, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • One issue of the PROD is resolved already (the 'official release' source shows it's supported); and I just resolved the other. I found numerous independent sites reporting on this development, therefore it is notable; I have just added a few as references to establish notability. So the issues are now resolved, and the given grounds for deletion are no longer valid. The Zig (talk) 16:52, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

X3 Newsletter report[edit]

A teaser video for X3: Terran Conflict was announced in the 5 March 2008 X-Universe News newsletter. The newsletter can be viewed here. Cctoide (talk) 22:45, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Moved pages problem[edit]

Someone seems to have forgotten to rename a page correctly. There was a few changes between X3 and X³ and when attempting to edit the mainpage you are instead sent to the redirect page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.217.188.31 (talk) 21:28, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DRM what?[edit]

"But since Gabe Newell (President & Co-founder of Steam) announced the loss of third party DRM from steam, this has been fixed (although not yet as of 24th July 2009)." Okay, first off, I've never heard of Newell saying that. If he did, cite it. Second, what's the point of saying "This has been fixed (Oh no, it hasn't)". I just checked, and indeed, the steam page reports the 5 machine limit is still in there. Egosoft themselves have announced they're removing the copy protection in their next patch, but there's no announced date for that yet. Anyway, I'm taking the whole ridiculous sentence out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.248.161.72 (talk) 05:02, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
