This page seems woefully outdated considering the unilateral cleanup effort undertaken by City Hall in late 2007. Most, if not all graffiti has been painted over and I've not heard of a punk show there in years. This place has appeared referenced numerous times in council minutes, so there should be a large body of citation to rely on, but the time really hasn't been put in.
