After years as a redirect to United Launch Alliance, it felt like it was time to have an article about Tory Bruno. It turns out that someone tried to make one a few years ago in the drafts namespace through the WP:AfC process. I think that editor was someone involved in ULA and the article, unfortunately, read like a PR piece, and so was rejected by well-meaning AfC folks who felt that Tory Bruno's notability wasn't established. I think they're wrong, and that Mr. Bruno is clearly notable due to his position as CEO of ULA, but I understand their instinct to delete a PR piece. I'm not great at writing articles, but I went through and tried to trim out most of the PR aspects. Hopefully it's in a good position to serve as a starting point for others to improve upon.
