Name of the venue
Was the building named after US president Fillmore? I used to think the name was a cheeky reference to its seating capacity ("fill more"). :) (the origin of the name is never discussed in the article). 192.121.232.253 (talk) 13:29, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
- No. 'tis named after the neighbourhood it's in (the Fillmore District), and one of the streets it's on the corner of (Fillmore Street). the street might be named after the US President, but it could be named after some 19th century local person, who knows.
