i wonder if there will be some sort of irony in thed eath of chris penn and this movie...

I'm taking out the bit about Penn's death being ironic. If he had killed himself in a manner befitting the Darwin Awards, it would be appropriate (with sufficient explanation). Since that's not the case, it's just in bad taste.

I agree, poor Chris Penn's death had

NOTHING to do with the Darwin Awards. Wendy Wendy 07:16, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Contradictory: Chris Penn's final movie is "Aftermath" (yet to be released.) This movie cannot be his last. 64.212.95.204 02:46, 20 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Darwin awards poster.jpg[edit]

Image:Darwin awards poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Trivia Tag[edit]

The Miscellanea section is a triva section, thus it should have a {triva} tag. This does not mean that the information should be deleted, it means the information should not be presented in list format. Integrate the information that is important into the article and get rid of the rest. In the mean time, leave the tag. The {triva} tag places the article into a category with other articles that need to have trivia sections cleaned up, which means that the tag makes it more likely for others to work on the section. In short, don't delete the {triva} tag if you haven't cleaned up the section. Nburden (T) 04:05, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reception Section[edit]

Ahem: "The movie was disliked by critics, and received a 25% rating on RottenTomatoes.com.[1] Critics typically complained that the movie was formulaic and not funny. They can go eat the devils dick, this movie is awesome."

Can they indeed? I've removed this line... Blcollier (talk) 12:07, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
