SLO abbreviation[edit]
Some user has been actively adding the "SLO" abbreviation following most instances of "San Luis Obispo", which strikes me as abusive. It seems to be correlated with an advertising campaign by the county's tourism board and wine industry. There is no reason to use that abbreviation except to mention it once in the general San Luis Obispo County, California page. Chalandray (talk) 22:09, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
