Fine, no problems with what you are doing, but do you think "employed" is quite the right word. Did Kings "employ" in the 17th century? - the word just seems a little jarring, employ suggests an option in the matter and a salary, which I am sure there was, but... do you see where I am coming from..? - It's rather like the dreaded infobox that insists upon "design team." Just a small matter, not really a problem at all. Giano (talk) 19:57, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That is an excellent point. Employ is a modern-sounding term. Work sounds rather imprecise though. Do you think "his use by King..." would be better? I'll see how it looks... —Finn Casey * * * 21:01, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Mmmmmm, doesn't ring quite right either, but better, I will give it some further thought. Giano (talk) 21:11, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
