I know Smithsonian's Save Outdoor Sculpture program should not be considered a definitive source, but the entry for this monument suggests creation earlier than 1909. The source also notes some relocations. ---Another Believer _(Talk) 14:33, 12 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
