Note for future reference[edit]
Partially a note to myself, partially a note to others, the non-HoF eligible players are:
- 1. Obviously anyone not retired long enough.
- 2. Joe Jackson. Too bad, but permanently ineligible unless the rule is changed for Pete Rose.
- 3. George Selkirk, Jake Stenzel, and Bill Lange. Those 3 didn't get to 10 championship seasons, a HoF requirement.
As such the count is 43 HoF eligible, 27/43 in the Hall (poor Edgar, should be 28). Staxringold talkcontribs 05:20, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Also for future reference I've left the Pujols image to the right for easy replacement when he passes Helton or Helton retires. Staxringold talkcontribs 19:17, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Swapping images, so leaving the Helton image here. Staxringold talkcontribs 17:02, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

DYK note for future generations[edit]
The DYK ran prior to the 2010 season, and Joe Mauer had not yet reached 3000 PA at that point. Staxringold talkcontribs 17:21, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
