I think that this should be renamed and refactored into Irvine and Muir Lumber Company because this is simply the company's mill town (with verifiable shops, a school, and a post-office) and is discussed in history sources (e.g. ISBN9780738596211, back issues of The Timberman, and the 1914 History of Mendocino and Lake Counties, California) in the context of the company, alongside its other mills and stuff.
