How can a single person be the "department's executive body "? I would say that whilst one person can certainly function as the executive of a department , or a group of persons can do so collectively as sn "executive body", is it proper to refer to a single individual as an "executive body"? I agree that body is an inappropriate translation for organe here. I have recast the relevant sentence in the article in such a way as to remove the word body. -- Picapica (talk) 13:37, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
