Revising section on Ownership[edit]

I'm proposing to change the section on ownership. It currently makes the statement that Rod Woodruff is the founder of the Buffalo Chip. Woodruff bought the campground in 1987: [1] I believe it was Bob Newland who initially founded it, and then became a partner with Woodruff. I'll have to confirm that information, but seeing that this history is clearly incorrect, it should call into question the validity of rest of the section.
