Anti-Transgender politics[edit]

Hello all. I added this section in the talk page to discuss the TERF tags that are added and removed from the Women's Party Korea. I personally agree with the tags and think a small snippet should be added to the page about their open exclusion of transgender people from their politics. Even though there is nothing in their party platform to suggest that they are transphobic, I've heard and seen multiple candidate statements about anti-transgender politics, including members bullying Green Party parliamentary candidate Kim Ki-hong into suicide due to constant online harassment.

first of all, I didn't study English. so please forgive my bad English. also I don't know about kim gihong

- candidate Kim Jin-Ah stated several problematic statements on debate. it is on future party(미래당) official channel. "여성의당 김진아 후보님, 이건 페미니즘이 될 수 없습니다" sorry. because of wikipedia regulation I can't post youtube link. please copy, paste and google it.

- not sure every candidate have TERF thoughts. but candidate Kim Jin-Ah has that kind of ideology. she introduce "pie theory" which is derived from her own book name 《나는 내 파이를 구할 뿐 인류를 구하러 온 게 아니라고》(I'm not saving humanity but my pies) which means women should protect their rights(pies) thus ignoring LGBT rights is not selfish.

- I'm emphasizing candidate Kim Jin-Ah because she was candidate of Seoul election which was occured by death of Park Wonsun. this affair is important because sending candidate on important election could imply what they claim.

- Kim Jin-Ah has twitter account @cynigirl and there are countless TERF retweets. and tag of #fairplayforwomen. claim that there are LGBT loby organization called stonewall etc.

- this isn't clear fact but personal experience by other. when this party was build. there was workshop(conference). there was one panel who willing to abolish gender theory(젠더론 아웃) during self-introduce time. according to her, that panel wasn't condemned rather applauded by many feminist elders.
