End of episode joke censored?[edit]

Near the end of the episode, Fry holds up a book stating something similar to "It was all thanks to the books at my local library." The book, however, is blank and has no title and the scene is paused longer than usual for comedic effect. Was there supposed to be a title on the book that was later censored on Adult Swim? No, I don't think it was censored as there's no title on the book on the DVD either. I think the phrase is supposed to be a reference to Reading Rainbow. 68.113.230.29 (talk) 01:18, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Voice of Nibbler/other Nibblonians?[edit]

Who does the voice of Nibbler and the other male Nibblonian that gives the long monologue? I would swear that the same person who did that other male used the same voice for a voiceover for the TIE Fighter game way back in the day. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.3.85.176 (talkcontribs)

Frank Welker does the voice of Nibbler. Stardust8212 02:54, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stub[edit]

How can "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid" be a stub?

Go Futurama! Sp3000 06:14, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because right now it fails WP:NOT (see below) as it consists almost entirely of a plot summary and needs more information added before it will be a suitable article.
Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of items of information. That something is 100% true does not mean it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia. While there is a continuing debate about the encyclopedic merits of several classes of entries, current consensus is that Wikipedia articles are not simply:
Plot summaries. Wikipedia articles on works of fiction should contain real-world context and sourced analysis, offering detail on a work's achievements, impact or historical significance, not solely a summary of that work's plot. A plot summary may be appropriate as an aspect of a larger topic.

yes this information is not good enough for our precious limited hard drive space —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.34.95.41 (talk) 03:09, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have no idea. --Svippong 10:02, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
