I have removed the date of birth and place of birth because they were based on the California Birth Index, which apparently draws its information from public records. Using that source violates Wikipedia's rules regarding biographies of living persons, which reads, in part: "Exercise extreme caution in using primary sources. Do not use trial transcripts and other court records, or other public documents, to support assertions about a living person. Do not use public records that include personal details, such as date of birth, ...". See Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#Avoid misuse of primary sources.
