What does the green mean? It doesn't say, anywhere. And also, why don't you have something that shows what the blue means? BsroiaadnTalk 13:56, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Nevermind, I see it now. Though I don't think Hall of Famers should have the same color as the players that have won the Stanley Cup, and I think that bolding is better for current players...but that's just my opinion. BsroiaadnTalk 13:57, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'd rather not turn the page into a rainbow of colours. Personally, I believe that one background colour to indicate a note of some kind is sufficient. I used green though because it stands out much better than bold text when highlighting players who appeared on the roster in the previous season. Resolute 22:07, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know the captains are noted in this article, but we need a proper list. Would anybody mind, if I added one. We need something to direct to, for all those succession boxes on the Player pages. GoodDay (talk) 21:23, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
At some point in the near future, I intend to revisit this article to bring it up to the current FL standards, and otherwise improve it further. One of the things I intend to do is make the table sortable, which will allow us to group the captains via a table sort. This will effecitvely duplicate the workings of the old captains list.
