Inserting new material into an already cited section is implying that the new material is supported by the citation. Unfortunately, the recent edits are NOT covered by the sources. And some edits have removed the supporting citations from material that was cited. This article was fully cited before and now it’s no longer complying with our sourcing policies.   • "If John was Elias' son" - I'm sure this is a variant spelling of Ellis, but it's probably best to stick with one spelling
  • So they commemorated his death before he actually died?
    • I tried to clarify. No, I don't know why they did the commemoration on the 5th, when he died between 8-10 September. Ealdgyth (talk) 16:34, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "treasuerer" - is this a spelling error or a technical term?
  • "and eventually to civil war in 1264" - Piped link Second Barons' War here?
  • Is the "edi" at the end of the long citation for Jobson 2010 intentional and signifying something or an accidental inclusion?
