Is this American or broader?[edit]

The beginning of the lede implies this should be global in scope, but most of the article ignores this. Even later in the lede it says that "true" native metal is "heavy metal featuring only Native American artist and use of traditional language and instruments". What about Australian aboriginal metal, or Tibetan musicians like the Hu Band. or what about the whole continent of Africa?
