[Healthcare Sector USA[edit]

I have been a contributor to Wikipedia since inception in various areas. I support this concept whole heartedly physically, monetarily, professionally and in the spirit of trust & truth. Open to all perspectives helps us all "get it right". One area we need to focus on is the centralization of information/state of our Healthcare Economy - especially focusing and emphasizing the use of new advanced technologies (like Artificial Intelligence which is running rampant within many areas like biotech/lab, disease targeting/prevention,etc.) and Cybersecurity initiatives to protect individuals while allowing transparency to oversight and "need to know" groups engaging not only Providers/Insurance/Finance/etc who are focused now on Treatment of diseases but a more patient preventive approach in line with tenants of extending healthy longevity thru certified/accredited educators.

I suggest we start with two initial needed topics: -The Business of Healthy Longevity, a Preventative Approach -Focus Healthcare Economy on Individual, not the business processes w/n Healthcare Sector. There is much work to be done w/n this critical paradigm/fundamentally crucial, but virtually untouched w/n our American Healthcare Economy. I am new as a contributor to Wikipedia (as of June 25, 2009). I would like to contribute and develop a new topic area: Good Government Organizations in the United States. Eventually, I would also like to contribute and develop another topic area: The History of Government Reform in the U.S. Federal Government.

I formerly worked as a senior executive in the federal government, serving in the Government Accountability Office, the Office of Management and Budget, and the National Partnership for Reinventing Goverment (a task force operating under the auspices of Vice President Al Gore from 1993 - 2001). I am currently a senior fellow with the IBM Center for The Business of Government and have been working with the Government Performance Coalition.

I have written articles on historical government reform initiatives and am familiar with much of the related literature. I plan to bring this to bear in the drafting of these Wikipedia entries. John M Kamensky (talk) 20:00, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
