Three reasons I would consider Griffin to be primary: 1) According to page views seen here the next most popular article (Gryphon (band)) has about 4% of the views that Griffin does. However, it's possible that I missed a more notable alternate topic as I had to makes guesses because of reason number 2) I've personally never once heard of any of the other topics here. I realize that's not the strongest rationale, but it does seem at least slightly relevant. And 3) multiple editors (including @HurluGumene: and @Serendipodous:) have placed Griffin above the other entries as we would when there is a primary topic. I reverted one such effort (and I guess should change it back again until this discussion is over) simply because that style is incorrect without a page move. That suggests to me that other editors agree to Griffin's primacy, but hopefully they will come and speak for themselves. -- Fyrael (talk) 00:49, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Personally, I would change Griffin's title to Gryphon if I had my way, since that is the proper spelling. But I think the proposed move to make gryphon a redirect to griffin is fine. Serendi ^pod ous 06:46, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
