Frank Chapman Sharp and the prize named after him[edit]
The article on Frank Chapman Sharp says "The Frank Chapman Sharp Memorial Prize was established by the American Philosophical Society in 1990 to honor Sharp's memory." The prize is, in fact, award by the American Philosophical ASSOCIATION (APA), which is distinct from the American Philosophical Society. (The former is the association that most American academic philosophers belong to. The latter is not.)
