- I just don't think the term first secretary should be separated from general secretary; there is too much confusion in sources. For those terms, we should have one encyclopedic article, one disambig, and so on. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:46, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
- The term Altenmann is looking for is dabconcept (in this case, an instance of WP:DABCONGOV. I note that Secretary (title) already contains a "First Secretary" section, and will take care of the merge right away. bd2412 T 15:58, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
