NSHR vs Erkki Nghimtina[edit]

Erkki Nghimtina is one of four high ranking SWAPO and/or NDF officals, who are subject of a submission to the International Criminal Court done by the Namibian National Society for Human Rights in 2007. The issue at stake is the alleged "instigation, planning, supervision, abetting, aiding, defending and or perpetuating" of the disappearances of hundreds of Namibians. The other three being: ex-President Samuel Nujoma, General Solomon Huwala (also known as "The Butcher of Lubango") and Colonel Thomas Shuuya. [1]. The case is still pending. --Billy pilgrim (talk) 09:31, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
