Hello, @CaptainEek: I have found some sources which might help to save the article from deletion.
Anthem was the sixth-best-selling master-planned community in the U.S. during 2000 and 2001. [1][2][3]. It is the largest master-planned community in Henderson, and includes the Anthem Highlands neighborhood and Sun City Anthem. [4]
Anthem also has two golf courses which have received some news coverage. For example: [25]
Some sources about a $7 million, 55-acre park in Anthem: [26][27]

AJFU, Thank you very much for looking all that up! I'd searched myself, but wasn't at all familiar with the area and couldn't find much.
