2nd Street Siglap

Hello @GoAheadFan95: this is a disambiguation page and as such it is governed by the guidance in WP:DAB and MOS:DAB. Specifically, MOS:DABMENTION requires that an entry on a disambiguation page requires that the target article mentions the subject. So, in this case, the article Siglap requires a specific mention of "2nd Street". This is all because a disambiguation page is not, in this case, a directory of every 2nd Street in the world, but rather an index of all articles called "2nd Street" or that contain informatiuon about a "2nd Street". I don't doubt that there is a 2nd Steet in Siglap (there must be thousands of 2nd Streets in the world), but it needs to be notable enough to be the subject of an encyclopedia article.
