Instructions and sortkeys[edit]

I've been bold and changed the category message box. The biggest effective change has to do with leading zeroes (instead of leading blanks) and how many are used. Using zeroes instead of blanks is more consistent with how other categories are sorted, and it has the added bonus of being more visible in the examples (since multiple spaces aren't rendered in running text). None of the BD zones has more than 5500 (or so) stars, so five digits aren't needed there.

I also split the instructions into three cases instead of trying to explain it all in one sentence. I admit that this looks more complicated, but I think that being more explicit in the directions could make them easier to follow. Let me know any of this causes problems.
