Summary

Description
English: Occupying what was once the westernmost stretch of Seneca Street in downtown Utica, New York is Ellen E. Hanna Mini-Park, as seen on an August 2021 evening. Built in 1993 and named for the late wife of a former mayor of the city, this small pocket park consists of a series of raised concrete planters populated with greenery, bushes and small trees and traversed by a zigzagging paved walkway. At the east end of the property stand a trio of metal abstract sculptures.
