English: A Window in top floor of Chastleton House, a Jacobean country house completed in 1607 and handed to the National Trust in a derelict state in 1991. The Trust's policy in respect of this building has been to preserve, but not to restore. Judging by other windows on this floor, it is probable that the window was reglazed to prevent further deterioration, but the derelict cill was retained.
