A) Cerebral MRI with T2 weighted axial slice shows enlargement of the 4th ventricle and elongated superior cerebellar peduncles (molar tooth sign). B) Sagittal midline T2w and T1w images show absence of the vermis cerebelli due to hypoplasia.
