English: The townhouse at 12 East 96th Street, between Fifth and Madison Avenue on the border between the Carnegie Hill and East Harlem neighborhoods of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1916 as a residence for Robert L. and Marie Livingston, and was designed by Ogden Codman, Jr. Afterwards it was the Emerson School, but is now the Scuola New York Guglielmo Marconi.
