English: Assyrian Cuneiform Script
Mesopotamia 1500-539 BC Gallery, British Museum, London, England, UK. Complete indexed photo collection at WorldHistoryPics.com. Describes how Tukulti-Ninurta I (1243–1207 BC) rebuilt the temple of the goddess Dinitu from its foundations. The inscription is unusual in including at the end the name of Ubrum, the scribe responsible for writing it. " I built within a lofty dais and an awesome sanctuary for the abode of the goddess Dinitu, my mistress, and deposited my stelas." [1]
